With more than 20 years of experience in the immigration law industry, beginning in 1999 as a law clerk, Joe provides advice and counsel to those who are in immediate need of immigration representation Joe regularly represents companies, individuals, and families to solve their most complex and challenging immigration issues at the most crucial times in their lives.
From the very first meeting, Joe and his team manage the relationship transparently so that his clients can see how their interests are being served at every stage of the immigration process. As a husband, father, and child of an immigrant - Joe makes it personal and prides himself in aggressively advocating for his clients until each established goal is met.
As an Immigration attorney and member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Joe has advocated for those to obtain their U.S Residency, Investment-related Visas, U.S Citizenship, and defense for Removal/Deportation proceedings. He has also successfully appeared before the Immigration Court (Executive Office of Immigration Review), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
